Me Made: Harlequin Ruffle Dress

Pattern: I used the @common_stitch Wattlebird Dress Pattern as a base and added a ruffle to the bottom. I also chopped off the top of the dress just where the darts normally are because sewing darts on silk like this is no fun but, it worked out and still fit nicely without them.

Fabric: This fabric was sitting in my stash for a couple of years and it never knew what to do with it. Late one-night inspiration struck and I finally had the courage to cut into it. Its a Liberty Silk Twill originally from The Fabric Store.

Earrings are oldies but some of my most special by @tilly_jewellery
